Before having any type of construction done to a roadside ditch you must first
contact the Warren County Engineer’s Office. You may have to apply for a permit
or just need simple guidance. (513)695-3301

Current Events:
|
|
- The mowers are back out. Please take caution when they are in the road
right of way.
- Clearcreek Township performs a monthly sign inventory for township roads.
Please contact the Road Maintenance Department if you notice a sign down or in
need of attention.
- Clearcreek Township does not have a leaf collection program. Please DO NOT fill
your ditches with leaves. This will only create a future problem.
- Clearcreek Township does not maintain all roads in the township. Some roads are
maintained by State agencies, others by County agencies.

Services We Provide

Snow and Ice Removal |
|
The Maintenance Department provides snow and ice removal on Clearcreek Township
maintained streets. Because each snow event is different, Clearcreek Township
will do its best to assess each one and respond accordingly. Please keep in mind
that some streets take priority over others. Please adjust your driving times to
compensate for hazardous conditions. When clearing your driveway, try to place
the snow in an area so the plow won't push it back into your driveway. |

Hazardous Tree Removal |
|
Clearcreek Township will try to make every effort to remove trees we deem
hazardous within our right of ways. |
|
|
|
Road Maintenance |
|
The Clearcreek Township Road Maintenance Department is responsible for
conducting improvements to township owned equipment, structures, grounds and
roadways, including the accompanying right of way. Some of our duties include
snow and ice control, traffic sign maintenance, minor roadway repair, roadside
mowing, roadside trimming, storm system maintenance, ditching and berming. |

Roadside Mowing and Brush Mowing |
|
The Clearcreek Township Maintenance
Department utilizes roadside mowing and brush mowing to help prevent roadside
hazards and sight obstructions. This is used on an as deemed necessary basis,
weather and time permitting. |
