Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or by appointment.

Processing of Permits: All permit requests must have at a minimum a plot plan depicting the location of the proposed structure and a set of blue prints/construction drawings. Fees are collected after the permit has been issued and must be in the form or a check or cash. Four ways to have permits processed:

1.      Scheduled appointments will have the permit issued at the time of submittal based upon the completeness of request.

2.      Drop offs will have the permit issued based upon the completeness of the request and will be available the following business day. Individual will also be notified by phone.

3.      Walk-ins will have the request processed at the time of submittal based upon staff availability and upon completeness of request.

4.      Mailed requests will have the permit issued based upon the completeness of the request and will be available the following business day. Individual will also be notified by phone.
