Clearcreek Township Zoning Inspections |
EFFECTIVE APRIL 1, 2005
All applicants to whom a zoning permit has been
issued must schedule required zoning inspections. The first zoning inspection
will verify compliance with the required setbacks prior to the complete
erection of the structure. Typically this inspection can occur while you are
waiting for the concrete to cure. The second zoning inspection, when
applicable, will determine compliance with a specific section of the Zoning
Resolution such as a streetscape buffer or swimming pool fence.
A minimum of “one full business day” notice is
required for all inspections. Clearcreek Township observes all Federal
Holidays. Please contact the Zoning Department by phone at 1-800-824-5124 or

or in person at 7593 Bunnell Hill Road, Springboro Ohio to schedule an
inspection. Individuals must provide their zoning permit number, their contact
name and phone number at the time of the request. Individuals will be notified
by the Clearcreek Township Zoning Department in writing regarding the outcome
of their inspection. These inspections are in addition to the required
inspections performed by the Warren County Building Department.
Accessory Buildings:

The inspection must occur
after the foundation wall has been poured, or structural posts set in the
ground.
Commercial Structures:
·
First inspection must occur
after the foundation wall has been poured.
·
Second inspection must occur
after the streetscape/perimeter/parking lot buffer has been planted if
applicable.
Decks:
·
The inspection must occur
after the structural posts have been set in the ground.
Dwellings:
·
First inspection must occur after the foundation wall has been
poured.
·
Second inspection must occur
after the streetscape buffer has been planted, if applicable.
Swimming Pools:
·
First inspection must occur
after the pool wall has been poured or erected.
·
Second inspection must occur
after the fence and gate(s) have been erected.
