All applicants to whom a zoning permit has been issued must schedule required zoning inspections. The first zoning inspection will verify compliance with the required setbacks prior to the complete erection of the structure. Typically this inspection can occur while you are waiting for the concrete to cure. The second zoning inspection, when applicable, will determine compliance with a specific section of the Zoning Resolution such as a streetscape buffer or swimming pool fence.
A minimum of “one full business day” notice is required for all inspections. Clearcreek Township observes all Federal Holidays. Individuals must provide their zoning permit number, their contact name and phone number at the time of the request. Individuals will be notified by the Clearcreek Township Zoning Department in writing regarding the outcome of their inspection.
These inspections are in addition to the required inspections performed by the Warren County Building Department.
