Clearcreek Township Police Make Arrests in Recent Burglaries On July 1, 2014 at approximately 11:49 a.m. Clearcreek Township Police responded to a burglary in progress in the 7600 block of Country Brook Ct. The resident there told police dispatchers that an unknown white male had forced entry to the home there by throwing a rock through a pane of glass. When the suspect realized that the home was occupied, he fled in a gray ’92 Ford Escort, with another white male suspect, toward State Route 73. Clearcreek Township Police Officer Jason Bates located the suspect vehicle on State Route 73 at Bunnell Hill Rd. and called for assistance. Officers Eric Ney and Kevin Barton responded and the vehicle was stopped on Bunnell Hill Rd near Meadowview Ct. The two suspects were identified as Gregory D. Lamb Sr. of Centerville, OH and Steven W. Harrison or Miamisburg, OH. Both Harrison and Lamb were arrested and are currently incarcerated at the Warren County Jail. Both were charged with two counts of Burglary and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. Lamb was also charged with Driving Under Suspension. Thus far, Harrison and Lamb have been tied to burglaries in Clearcreek Township, Springboro and Centerville. The investigation is ongoing and additional charges may be pending.
