Lebanon, Ohio – Wayne Township – Starting Wednesday, November 7, 2018, Lower Springboro Road will be closed daily, east of the Township Line Road intersection, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., for thirty (30) days, weather permitting. The closure is for the Warren County Water and Sewer Department’s new water service and storm sewer installation. Residents living within the closure and school buses will be permitted access during the closure.
