Adoption and Foster Care Inspection

If you are adopting or fostering a child in the state of Ohio, you are required to have a Home Fire Safety Inspection. The Clearcreek Fire District Prevention Bureau will conduct these inspections for you at no cost.

Inspections are conducted Monday through Thursday, between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm. Inspections take approximately 30 minutes to complete, depending on the size of your home.

To schedule a Home Fire Safety inspection, please download and complete the Adoption and Foster Care Inspection form. Submit the completed form via email using the “submit” button at the bottom of the form or by emailing the completed form to info@clearcreektownship.com.

• Please check your email regularly and respond to all correspondence promptly.
• You may need to check your “spam” or “trash/junk” files for the response.
• Please respond quickly to information requests from the Clearcreek Fire District.
