Request Fire District for Event
If you have an event in Clearcreek Township or the City of Springboro and would like the Clearcreek Fire District to attend, please fill out a Community Event Request Form.
Please note the following:
- We must receive requests at least seven (7) calendar days before the date of the requested event.
- Due to emergency activity, training, or other factors, we may not be able to attend approved public education events.
- We do not do home visits for birthdays or private parties.
- Please check your email regularly and respond to all correspondence promptly.
- You may need to check your “spam” or “trash/junk” files for the response.
- Attendance at the event will primarily be confirmed by return email; however, a fire district representative may contact you by phone if additional information is required.
- Please respond quickly to information requests from the Clearcreek Fire District.
