Clearcreek Township Zoning Fees Effective January 1, 2026

On July 14, 2025 the Clearcreek Township Trustees approved Resolution 5600, an update to the zoning fee schedule. This update took effect on September 1, 2025. Starting January 2, 2026 and proceeding annually on this date through January 2, 2035, the fees will automatically increase at the rate of inflation for the previous calendar year. Fees will be rounded to the nearest whole dollar. Fee schedule effective January 2, 2026.
