Clearcreek/County Issuance & Processing Information
Zoning Fee Updates (Written July 18, 2025):
On July 14, 2025 the Clearcreek Township Trustees approved Resolution 5600, an update to the zoning fee schedule. This update will take effect on September 1, 2025. Starting January 2, 2026 and proceeding annually on this date through January 2, 2035, the fees will automatically increase at the rate of inflation for the previous calendar year. Fees will he rounded to the nearest whole dollar.
Starting September 1, 2025, please use the GovWell portal to submit Zoning Permit Requests, Board of Zoning Appeals Application Requests, Zoning Commission Application Requests. You can also submit Zoning Complaints through the same portal.
To start using the GovWell system you will need to register your customer profile (contact information and email address) and then you can start submitting information electronically.
Through the GovWell Portal, you will be able to use the online features to fill out an application, submit required documentation, get feedback on plan reviews, pay fees and receive a copy of the approved permit.

Building Permits are issued by The Warren County Building Department: 513-695-1290 or visit their portal at Citizen Portal (iworq.net) The Warren County Building Department requires that you contact them to schedule the required inspection.
