Township residents can receive a reduced rate for waste and recycling collection through Rumpke.
Effective January 1, 2022, the new monthly rate is $24.75. This rate includes:
- Six 30-gallon trash cans or bags or two Rumpke 95-gallon trash carts (available for $3.50/month)
- Weekly recycling collections with the use of a Rumpke 18 or 65-gallon cart at no additional cost
Current Rumpke customers will see the change reflected in their first quarterly invoice. There is no need to take additional action. New Rumpke customers are also eligible to claim their savings with the new rates.

- Billed quarterly and in advance
- Your first quarterly bill will reflect the new rate with a total of $74.25
- Rate is subject to Rumpke’s fuel surcharge
