Update on the Status of Electronic Zoning Submissions (Written July 18, 2025):
The Zoning Department is excited to announce we have partnered with GovWell to provide our planning & zoning services. This platform will be used for all planning & zoning applications, plan review and inspection requests for contractors and the general public. In GovWell, you will be able to use the online features to fill out an application, submit required documentation, get feedback on plan reviews, pay fees and receive a copy of the approved permit.
I anticipate that the planning and zoning module will be available for public use within the next 30 days. At that time, a link will be provided on the Clearcreek Township Zoning homepage that directs you to the new portal. Once the portal is active, your company will need to register your customer profile and then you can start submitting information electronically.
