Vacation House Check Request
The Clearcreek Township Police Department offers a free Vacation House Check program to all Clearcreek Township Residents.
If you are leaving town for a weekend or an extended period of time and would like extra security for your home, please fill out a Vacation House Check Form. Please make sure you fill out this form as early as possible to allow us time to process your request.
Vacation House Check Forms are submitted on our website and are processed Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. If you submit a Vacation House Check Form outside of normal business hours/days, it will not be processed until the following business day. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.

- If you are leaving unexpectedly and need to reach us outside of normal business hours please call (513) 695-2525 to be connected to Warren County Dispatch.

Speed Trailer Request & Traffic Complaints
Our goal is to prevent traffic crashes through education and traffic enforcement. This includes enforcing traffic laws, investigating traffic crashes and visibly patrolling to deter traffic violations. If you would like to report a traffic issue or request a speed trailer in a particular area please contact 937.748.1267 during business hours or email: trafficcomplaints@clearcreektownship.com
